Plume brings awareness of Environmental Racism on Native Lands a documentary film called
Lakota Voice of the 21st Century“;
which started in 2004 and was released in 2007.

The movie is distributed throughout Europe and Australia in order to bring awareness of the Treaty violations by the state of South Dakota, the illegal and non-regulated mining and distruction of the Black Hills.

The definition of Environmental Racism = (Environmental racism is placement of low-income or minority communities in proximity of environmentally hazardous or degraded environments, such as toxic waste, pollution and urban decay.)
